ESTI Consulting Services continues to expand our IT infrastructure practice and Cisco Systems has been a key partner in enabling our client's successful infrastructure projects. As a result, ESTI and Cisco Systems have invested aggressively in our business relationship to further enable ESTI to deliver successful projects leveraging Cisco Systems products and services.
ESTI has achieved the Advanced Data Center Architecture Specialization. ESTI was required to complete numerous certifications related to this Specialization including Account Management, Architecture Systems Engineer, and Field Engineer. With this certification, ESTI has fulfilled the role-based training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, design, and deploy Cisco Data Center Architecture solutions.
ESTI plans to continue investing in the Cisco technology stack by further bolstering its specialization and certification resume. As part of improving ESTI's service delivery capabilities, our field engineer is expected to achieve his first CCIE in 2014. An expert level of knowledge is required for the highly respected CCIE certification.
Elevation in Partner Status
Cisco Systems has recognized ESTI's investment in professional development and our success in deploying solutions by raising ESTI fom Select Certified status to Premier status. As a Premier partner, ESTI receives an increased level of support from Cisco, including access to best-in-class products and services, technical support, productivity tools, online training, and marketing resources.
As part of building out ESTI capabilities related to Cisco Data Center technologies, ESTI and Cisco have co-invested in a lab facility hosted at the ESTI Consulting Services headquarters. This facility showcases technologies from Cisco, along with data center eco-system partners EMC and VMware.
Cisco Partner Summit
From March 24th to 27th, Simon Gadd, VP of Sales for ESTI, attended the Cisco Partner Summit in Las Vegas. The Partner Summit is an invitational event which provided ESTI with opportunity to meet with Cisco executives, network with peer Cisco partners, and gain early insight into Cisco's technology directions.
