Saskatchewan Teachers' Superannuation Commission Completes Upgrades

The Saskatchewan Teachers' Superannuation Commission (STSC) has had a very busy September with the culmination of three projects. The three projects included: an upgrade to the pension administration and related systems, the installation of new workstations for staff, and an upgrade to the Exchange Server/Spam Filtering software.

As with any project communication is one of the most important aspects. The ESTI Ticket System and the new ability to attach files and screen prints to tickets proved especially effective during the upgrades. It is hard enough to have all analysts performing work on a project locally, let alone to add remote analysts. By providing this new functionality all within a secure environment, testers in Regina could send screen prints and descriptions to remote analysts and actively track the status of these tickets, real-time.
