OFFICE/HR ADMINISTRATOR



Past experience with HR and other office administration duties, in a medium office setting, will be valuable. This is a full time permanent position with compensation commensurate with experience and credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the recruitment and hiring process posting jobs, receiving and reviewing resumes, performing initial interviews and reference checks, managing the onboarding process, and managing the existing staff performance management review cycle.
  • Administration of training including the tracking and documentation, registration, grant application processes, and working with management to ensure training goals are set and recorded.
  • Managing external relationships, university internships and co-op programs, technology providers, and promotional material vendors.
  • Anticipate, track, and order inventory as needed, and approved by management, including hardware, software, and promotional materials.
  • Manage a variety of web based service accounts including those for safety and compliance management, internal systems, WCB, and more.
  • Other duties as needed to support the administration of the backoffice. This could involve invoicing processes, time management processes, contract management, insurance renewals, internal system testing and more.

Recommended Skills and Knowledge:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Relationship building and maintaining.
  • Adept with technology including MS Office Suite, book keeping applications, and related tools.
